This "BewegingsBoutique" in Maastricht offers Dynamic Reformer Pilates sessions that stimulate all the senses and take place in small groups with personal attention on the best equipment in a "wellness-like" environment. Your visit to ZES will now be an experience through the unique "Immersive Pilates" instead of an obligation.

With 2 studios participants can choose between Yin or Yang, 4 black or 10 white  reformers.

Everyone is welcome at ZES and there is plenty of choice on our "ZES Menu": Reformer Pilates Beginners, Intermediate and Jump board Pilates. 

At ZES you can choose from packages or monthly subscriptions or you can simply book per single class, up to you, whatever suits you best!  We are connected with Ben Vitaal; inquire with your employer.
