This new "BewegingsBoutique" in Maastricht offers Dynamic Reformer Pilates sessions that stimulate all the senses and take place in small groups with personal attention on the best equipment in a "wellness-like" environment. Your visit to ZES will now be an experience through the unique "Immersive Pilates" instead of an obligation.

The presence in the studio of an osteopath keeps your workout "tailor made" and safe, so no more injuries and beautiful long muscles, less/no back pain and better posture. ZES thus offers a complete "Circle of Care": with an "in house" Osteopath. Of course you can also come along for a wonderful workout on the Reformer! Everyone is welcome and there is plenty of choice on our "ZES Menu".

At ZES you can choose from price plans or subscriptions or you just book per single lesson, up to you, whatever suits you best!
