Booking, reservations and cancellation conditions

Client can book a group or private or duet session online on the website www.zes-maastricht.com under "booking group/private Sessions"; as well as via the ZES App up to 10 minutes before the start of the session. Pricing plans can also be selected online or through the ZES app. These are named, have a fixed term within which the number of sessions must be used and are linked to an age. The 65+ Pricing Plan can only be used by 65+

Coupon Codes

 For new customers, ZES offers coupon codes for a first introductory session. These codes can be used once, regardless of the session that the customer books. Two different codes for different sessions cannot be used by the same customer. In the event that this happens, the booked session will be canceled and the customer will be given the option to rebook the session at full price.

 

Cancellation policy:

Up to 24 hours before the booked session (group/private or duet) the customer can cancel the session or move it to another time on his or her own Login / Site member account on the ZES Website or under the ZES app. Pricing plans cannot be canceled in their entirety, but individual sessions can be canceled as described above. For canceled separately booked sessions that are not part of a price plan, the customer can receive a coupon code for a session by emailing: contac@zes-maastricht.com. The customer can rebook the session where the customer is supposed to use the coupon code within a period of 3 months; If a customer cancels later than 24 hours before the start of the session,the session will expire in its entirety and will therefore not be refunded to the customer in the form of a coupon code unless there is a case of "force majeure";. To this end, ZES Boutique Studio BV will decide in consultation with the customer whether there is an actual need for a refund. For individual group and private sessions, bookings are made by name and cannot be exchanged. For duet sessions, if 1 person cancels, the entire session must be moved by means of a submitted coupon code worth the duet session (if customer cancels more than 24 hours in advance) or expires completely (if customer less than 24 hours in advance). cancels). It is not possible for ZES Boutique Studio to send half of the duet session as a coupon code to 1 of the participants.ZES reserves the right to cancel a ​​session for which only 1 participant has registered.The client is informed as soon as possible and the session is either postponed or credited.

With regard to COVID, the above cancellation policy also applies. Quarantine duty, contact with an infected person or positive test are no exception to this. In these cases, too, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance to get the session back! Timely testing is recommended in that context.

Costs for Reformer Pilates and associated services in the Reformer Pilates Studio may be increased by ZES Boutique Studio BV at any time.ZES Boutique Studio BV will inform the customer of such increases at the latest 30 days in advance.Refunds in case of force majeure confirmed by ZES Boutique Studio BV with regard to canceled services can only be credited   in the form of a session on the client's account if it has a price plan or in the form of a coupon code .

 

  With regard to these rights to payment and cancellation, different conditions may apply to the osteopath and/or masseur and they are expressly not covered by these regulations.
