Especially for the active elderly of 65+, ZES organizes Reformer Pilates sessions twice a week that are specifically aimed at the needs of this age group: balance, mobility, flexibility and of course the active work of the muscles over the bones in order to maintain healthy bones and enabling to keep daily things in life with greater ease. Many sitting exercises on the Pilates Box and kneeling or standing exercises on the Reformer with the help of a stick for balance will be part of this session so that the needs can be fully met and especially in the context of osteoporosis, for example, training is done safely.

In addition, ZES offers private sessions for older people who prefer to train 1 on 1 with the ZES Reformer Pilates instructor, for example to focus on specific exercises for osteoporosis or osteoarthritis. To book a private session, it is best to contact the studio first to discuss your goals and wishes and to schedule an intake interview.
